Ryan Wood-Collier

CEO

Ryan is the co-founder and CEO of Greenpoint Capital. Joining in 2013, he led the buyout of the business in 2015 and the subsequent MBO in 2017.

Prior to Greenpoint, Ryan spent 14 years in London in investment banking, private credit and financial restructuring, at merchant bank Close Brothers (Debt and Special Situations), Lincoln International (Debt & M&A) and PwC Corporate Finance (Infrastructure M&A).

Ryan is a CFA Charterholder and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal.
